BROTHERHOOD
Forged

This didn't start with a business plan. It started with a burden -- and a God who wouldn't let it go.
Two Men. One Calling. A Brotherhood Being Built.
How Brotherhood Forged Was Born
It started with frustration and a calling.
Both of us were serving in leadership roles inside another men's community. We were showing up, putting in the work, and doing our best to lead men well. But something was missing. Faith was rarely talked about. The vision felt lukewarm. And we both felt undervalued and unseen.
So we did what men of faith do when God puts something on their hearts -- we stopped waiting for someone else to build it and started building it ourselves.
In March of 2025 we sat down and said -- let's start a podcast. We had no idea what we were doing. No roadmap. No guarantee it would work. Just two men, a microphone, and a calling bigger than our comfort zone.
Six months in God made the next step clear. We left the old community behind and launched Brotherhood Forged Community in August of 2025. It wasn't easy. We made mistakes. We lost a relationship or two along the way. But we've learned that pain is part of the process and that God often does His best work in the middle of the mess.
One year into the podcast. Twenty brothers strong in the community and growing. Nearly 30,000 listens and thousands of views. Not because we had it all figured out -- but because God keeps showing up and showing off.
This is His thing. We're just faithful to keep building it.

Joey -- Co-Founder
Joey is a husband, a father, and a man who spent decades being good at his job -- while knowing deep down he was built for something more.
Not a crisis. Not a breakdown. Just a quiet ache that wouldn't go away.
A sense of purpose he couldn't quite grab hold of.
On the outside things looked fine. 28 years as an IT professional. A solid marriage. A son he loves.
But underneath that was a man who knew God had more for him. And was tired of waiting for the right moment to step into it.
Then came the fire.
Twice.
Two rounds of cancer have a way of burning away everything that isn't essential and leaving only what truly matters.
For Joey that meant one thing.
👉 Stop waiting. 👉 Start building. 👉 Serve God with whatever time you have left -- and make it count.
Joey grew up with a passion for people. For mentoring. For speaking truth into lives that needed it. For creating content that challenges men to become who God made them to be.
He just needed the right vehicle.
Brotherhood Forged is that vehicle.
He has been married to his wife Bobbie since August 1992. He is the father of his son Alex. And he is a two time cancer survivor who refuses to waste the life God gave him back.
Joey isn't chasing a title or a platform. He is chasing obedience.
Mentoring men. Speaking into lives. Serving God out loud.
In whatever way the door opens -- he is walking through it.
Brotherhood Forged isn't Joey's backup plan.
It's his calling.
"I want to spend the rest of my life helping men become who God created them to be. Not someday. Right now."
Paul -- Co-Founder
Paul is a husband, a father, and a man who got tired of knowing there was more in him… and not living it.

Not because life was falling apart.
But because something felt off.
On the outside, things looked solid, career, family, responsibilities.
But underneath that, there was a slow drift.
Not a breakdown.
Just a gap between who he was… and who he knew he was supposed to be.
He was doing the right things.
Listening to podcasts.
Reading.
Trying to grow.

But the truth kept coming back:
👉 He already knew what to do.
👉 He just wasn’t doing it consistently.
That’s where God started working on him.
Not in one big moment, but in quiet conviction.
Slow down.
Get aligned.
Lead yourself first.
Stop avoiding the things that would actually grow you.

Paul grew up in competitive environments—playing college football and semi-pro—where discipline, accountability, and brotherhood were expected.

You either showed up… or you got exposed.
That mindset stuck.
He’s also been part of different communities focused on growth and leadership. Some were good. Some fell short. But all of it showed him the same thing:

👉 Most men don’t need more information.
👉 They need structure, accountability, and real brotherhood.

That’s where Brotherhood Forged started to take shape.

Paul works full-time in leadership within the Department of Corrections, leading teams and making decisions that carry real weight.
But his most important role isn’t at work.
It’s at home.

He’s married to his wife Amber and is a father to two daughters and a son.

That’s where it matters most.
Showing up present.
Leading with consistency.
Building strength, physically, mentally, and spiritually, so his family can rely on him.
Paul isn’t chasing perfect.
He’s committed to growth.
To ownership.
To becoming the man he knows he’s called to be.

Brotherhood Forged is an extension of that.
Not theory.
Not hype.
Just real work, lived out daily.

“I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m not who I used to be either. And I’m not going back.”

What We Believe
We exist to help men grow stronger spiritually, physically, mentally, and relationally so they can lead boldly at home, leave a generational legacy, and live with integrity and purpose.
We believe in the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We believe in real brotherhood and accountability. And we believe that when men lead well, everything around them changes.
This isn't a club. It's a forge. And every man who walks through it leaves stronger than when he arrived.
